Northern Marketing started small. The 40,000 sq ft warehouse, the fleet, the customer book, none of it was here on day one. Every milestone since, the first full truckload, the first own-brand run, the first dedicated delivery van, came because someone backed us when our orders were modest and our cashflow was tighter than we'd have liked. We remember exactly what that backing was worth.
Most wholesalers in this trade won't open an account for less than £5,000 an order. We open ours at £250. That's not a marketing line, it's a deliberate choice. The buyers we want to work with rarely arrive ready-made, they arrive growing, and the wholesaler they need on their side is the one who'll back them at pallet one and keep backing them at pallet five hundred. How do I open an account?
To open an account, please head over to our 'Open An Account' page. We recommend entering correct business and peronal details, as your application will undergo thorough checks.
Can you email me offers and promotions?
Yes. By signing up you agree to receive marketing emails. If you do not want access to our latest stock offers and promotions, please email enquiries@nmarketing.co.uk to opt out.
What is the MOQ?
Our MOQ for UK customers is £250 ex. VAT + a standard rate of £75 per pallet for delivery. For free delivery, the MOQ is £750 ex. VAT.
How do the deliveries work
Our standard delivery is next day between 9AM-4PM. Customers will be contacted in advance to confirm a delivery date. If delivery is attempted but not achieved for any reason, a re-delivery charge will apply. Timed deliveries are available, where customers can choose a one hour time slot but this will concur an additional cost of £30 ex. VAT. Tail lifts are also available at an additional cost of £5 ex VAT.
How does the payment system work?
All new accounts are created on a pro-forma basis and must be paid up-front. Once an order is placed, our accounts team will email you a proforma. Once the bank transfer has been made, the order will be processed. Please note, we require payment to be made within 5 days from when the order is placed. If payment is not made in this time scale, your order will be cancelled.
When will I get my order?
Lead time is 1-5 working days. This depends on the order itself mainly. Full pallet and/or layer orders are much quicker to process than smaller orders, so please bare this in mind if you're on a time crunch.
